Throttle response after starting came back, before additive it would hesitate and shutter and not go anywhere for 20 seconds or so anday have to kill it and hit primer on fuel filter assembly. I was very apprehensive and waited till I was in my county to add this because I didn't want a catastrophe. Ole truck has seen better years until now. I will continue using it. great ! PB
