When questioned, the seller used their own policy of 3-5 business for processing as a scapegoat. It's clearly stated that orders ship 3-5 business days after payment is received. To add to this person's impatience, we had the protests here and that made it difficult to move around but even then, item was shipped on the 5th business days. I don't think it's my duty to teach people how to count. Or read, for that matter.
