    The original keyboard had bad keys but, as soon as I contacted the seller, I was offered a replacement and, once I said yes, it was shipped and got delivered way faster than I expected. I was expecting a "fight" (not because of this seller but the ways some Ebay sellers act with defective products) but no issue, quick professional service. The keyboard was visibly new, It's a bit pricey but, that's the normal cost of the model with illumination

    Arrived well packaged in an LDPE bag with bubblewrap. The back serial and markings are accurate to the listing's pictures. Keyboard itself looks brand new and feels much better than the Darfon it's replacing. As far as I can tell it's a genuine LiteOn part.
