They have no control over the courier’s. The items themselves look very good, are very good value and of good quality. They were well packed and arrived undamaged. Had really good communication with the sellers, who offered to send another set or refund the price if Evri hadn’t eventually delivered them. They actioned a refund immediately and apologise profusely… For something which was actually not their fault.
