I purchased this vacuum advance over a month ago and never received it. Contacted seller several times for tracking info, and later to issue a refund; the seller never responded. Had to have ebay step in and issue a refund, which added another 5 days of waiting to receive my money back, because the seller didn't respond to them either. The only reason this is neutral is because I finally received a refund.
