    He shipped too late thank the keyboard doesn’t work when I request the refund this scammer he offered a replacement last week after we agree for the fast shipping before the 14 th he contacted me today I just shipped this seller not recommended at all. Now am still asking for my refund.

    order April 28 sent April 28 delivered May 2 (only 3 days Canada to USA). Buyer claimed not working. Although keyboard was tested, sent a replacement just in case. After package sent and new tracking uploaded, buyer wanted a photo. I went to post office again and took the photo.Then buyer asked for a refund or threaten with bad feedback. I offered to pay the return postage and have item returned before refund. I received no answer from buyer, but negative feedback and asked ebay for refund.

    The original keyboard had bad keys but, as soon as I contacted the seller, I was offered a replacement and, once I said yes, it was shipped and got delivered way faster than I expected. I was expecting a "fight" (not because of this seller but the ways some Ebay sellers act with defective products) but no issue, quick professional service. The keyboard was visibly new, It's a bit pricey but, that's the normal cost of the model with illumination
