We were having a postal strike in Canada when I ordered this but they kept in touch with me, and didn't send the item until the postal workers were back to work. But I never felt as if my order had been forgotten or worried that I wouldn't receive it. I appreciated the phone call and the text messages. And to top it all off I got a little gift too! Thank you.
