    The product was a genuine DeLonghi replacement filter, as advertised. The delivery arrived in good condition and is a good value. Excellent quality. But the shipment was much slower than expected. When the order placement was completed, estimated delivery was 10 July, but the package didn't arrive until the 18th, over a week later than expected. The order was placed on 5 July, but the package was not shipped until the 13th.
