    MBCV is 80% there but air bleed hole is too large and spring to tight. if your putting this on a diesel then maybe it'd be ok but in order to open a waste gate that's set to 10psi it takes 25 +/- psi of pressure into this controller at its lowest setting. trying to increase pressure on it only adds about 4-5 psi as the spring is so stiff already and very short. if you solder the air beed hole closed and change to a softer spring its more usable ( provided your wastage is vented )
