Bought item and paid immediately, he sent a brand new item but not what I ordered, it was a totally different coat that was in another auction finishing in a couple days. I did the RIGHT thing and told him. I paid out my pocket to send it back to him. He wouldn't send my paid for item until the wrong item was received. Then he put the item I had paid for up for BIN or best offer and someone else bought it. I then asked for refund. 2 weeks the whole mess of a transaction took.
