Only the disc, in a plastic CD wallet, and instruction manual were included. But I did expect at least one of the 2 inlays. Disc plays just fine, game is good, manual is in the exact condition as described, and it arrived in good time, so no other complaints and I would recommend this seller for sure!

It was a relatively expensive game and was shipped with the case open and folded flat (I'm guessing to make the package thinner and reduce postage costs) but it makes it susceptible to damage in the post.
