The local carrier does not deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers. Rather than contact me to arrange an alternative delivery address, the parcel was marked customer refused delivery, which was incorrect. DHL customer service hung up on me. DAI post was very helpful. I collected the parcel from DAI post depot, 2 hour round trip. Poor freight service for the cost.
