The Manfrotto MKC3-H01 grip head tripod makes photography easy. A reliable and versatile choice for still and video photographers, the Manfrotto MKC3-H01 tripod changes scenes and settings as needed. Set up for still photography and get ready to pan for action with the photo-movie selector feature. In movie setting, the camera is locked in landscape orientation but free to rotate the lens left to right for great feedback. You can use the grip handle to move the camera smoothly when filming subjects in motion, or to take in wide views without losing horizontal level. The plate has a universal tripod mount for every camera. Lightweight at just over 2.5 lbs., the Manfrotto tripod extends from 17.5 inches to a maximum height of 60.6 inches and folds down to 18.1 inches for transport. The MKC3 tripod can hold cameras and camcorders with a weight of up to 3.3 pounds, and measures in at a weight of 2.6 lbs. The MKC3-H01M Compact Series tripod is crafted from aluminum alloy, has five sections for adjustment, it has an integrated grip head and technopolymer tilt. Five extendable sections on sturdy aluminum legs, thumb release locks, and rubber feet for gripping the ground allow maximum flexibility and positioning when composing the shot and capturing the scene. The integrated grip head is designed to make it easy to snap clear photos and smooth, jerk-free videos. A switch on the side of the head also lets you choose whether you want it still for photos or free to pan for filming video. When in photo mode, your camera can move from landscape to portrait orientation, and when you use video mode to film, it locks your camera in landscape orientation because this gives you smoother panning for better end results and vibration-free video feedback.
