    The DVD/VCR arrived within the estimated time in excellent external condition. Unfortunately the VCR was not working. I later heard a rattle inside the machine, indicating to me that it had been damaged by rough treatment in transit, despite having fragile stickers on all sides of the box. I contacted the seller who offered me two options for a refund. I chose one and that refund was quickly issued. This seller is honest, responsive and courteous. I have been waiting for FedEx to deliver this package for a week now and the seller has been super helpful and trying to help me but there’s not much he can do.
