    Item came severally damaged in shipping. The seller agreed to refund my money and asked me to ship it back. I packaged it even better than it was when sent to me. The seller sent me a picture of how it was delivered and it was destroyed and the glass lid was shattered. This stove was relatively heavy but fed ex must have thrown it around to have damaged it that bad. I feel terrible the seller suffered this loss but I appreciate the way they handled it with me.
