It caught my eye because I could not see it listed in J D Bennett “Illustrations in the Architectural Press of Victorian and Edwardian Buildings in Leicestershire” Trans Leicr Arch and Hist Soc vol 59 1984/5 p 73. Exactly as described, quickly dispatched at very reasonable cost and packaged in a strong cardboard envelope it was good value especially as the seller also helped by emailing the associated Builder article too.
