    The seller shipped the item quickly, unfortunately the item arrived poorly packaged and damaged and not as described in the posting. I provided pictures of the damaged item and asked for a full refund, which he refused, responding with "Deal with eBay." When I told him I'd be happy to have eBay make a judgment, the seller then made claims that it wasn't the item that he sent. A big thank you to the staff at eBay!! They reviewed the case and issued a full return.
