    The seller is fine. UPS has once again mangled the delivery. I spent an entire morning dealing with recorded AI going through every backdoor I could find to finally find my parcel 40 minutes away tagged as undelivered and holding. Once arriving at the UPS store I was charged $5 because they had to hold it for me. They claimed to have attempted to deliver the item at 11:31 December the 5th. I was at home all day awaiting this delivery. There was no notice of any kind left at my door.
