    Overall, a good transaction. But, for $14.95 shipping I would have expected the item to be shipped other than Media Mail. Also, I think the book should have been shipped in a box rather than a padded envelope to protect it from the ravages of the USPS. There was a cut in/damage to the shipping envelope, but fortunately it did not affect the book. So I guess, no harm no foul.
