    Seller had poor, slow communication. End the end when we kept asking for tracking or status he just cancelled my order/refunded and told me to never buy from him again and he is too busy. He stated he is not a "speed shipper". I didn't ask him for speed shipping, only what you offered. HE offered freight shipping in the listing, don't offer something you cannot do. And if he had communicated, I could have easily have set up our LTL shipper to pick up a week ago.
