With the HP OfficeJet 6600 All-In-One Inkjet printer, you can skip the regular stop at the local office supplies store to copy and fax documents. Instead, complete all your printing needs right in your home or office with this Energy Star compliant professional home printer. The four-in-one printer only weighs 17.5 pounds and is 9.9 inches by 18.26 inches by 21.9 inches so that it won’t take a lot of valuable office space. This color printer comes with a 2.65-inch touchscreen that lets you print, copy and scan without touching your computer. The software includes HP ePrint Scan feature to the folder that sends copies to the network folder of your choice. This is easy and saves time transferring files from one folder or network PC to another. The printer is simple to use, just follow the on-screen instructions to access the content you need, choose a task and watch as it produces scans and prints with complete accuracy and speed. Use the HP Thermal Inkjet to complete the first page for black and white prints in an impressive 16 seconds. The copy speed is equally impressive, with a print capacity of 14 mono pages per minute and eight color pages per minute. With the first black and white copy finishing in 21 seconds, you can have a copy of a sales order for a client in less than 30 seconds. HP recommends this e-all-in-one OfficeJet for creating 200-800 prints per month. The paper tray comes with a capacity of 250 sheets of premium printing paper. Save on paper and ink by using the fax and accompanying software to send documents from the printer’s memory to recipients inside your office, across the city or another country in seconds. The memory saves up to 99 pages, comes with a maximum transmission rate of 33.6 kbps and includes the option to send a fax from any PC on the network. Multitask with this machine by taking information from the scanner and sending them directly to another PC or device on the network. This wireless HP model comes with drivers and utility software that’s compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 or higher and Apple OS X 10.5 and up to operating systems. The system is wireless to print from any compatible mobile device or can connect with a USB. Run the printer for a single device or use it to network all the computers at your home or company. Use the software to create and store copies on the OfficeJet’s 128MB of memory to print later or store files, templates and other valuable information you regularly print for quick access. The hardware and software specifications of this e-all-in-one machine allow users to zoom documents, including photos to 400 percent and reduce them by 25 percent, all through its touchscreen. There’s no reason to worry about messy toner with the OfficeJet printer. It uses easy to install the machine’s four ink cartridges. It uses an ink palette of cyan, magenta, yellow and black cartridges to complete prints with a maximum color resolution of 4800x1200 dpi. Don’t guess when you need to replace an ink cartridge. The software checks the levels and issues a warning before you run out to prevent incomplete prints from slowing down business.
