I understand the effort to save on shipping costs by packaging them in bubble envelopes - one slipup could have ruined the garments. However, I believe the risk of such beautiful garments being destroyed in transit is worth charging the extra shipping costs using boxes. I would gladly pay. The garments were exactly as described. They were absolutely beautiful and of very high quality. Communication was great. Yes I could have used a larger roomier container at a greater cost, but most customers appreciate the lower cost priority shipping and often are not willing to bare the cost of higher shipping rates.
