The packaging was a little rough, it kind of looked like someone played hockey with it and hit it around (which probably was just a result of the delivery process), but thankfully the seller bubble wrapped it well so the cup was completely fine. The seller was super friendly and responded quickly when I had a question about how to wash it. Overall a good experience, totally great seller!
