The listing showed windows 10 loaded and activated but the PIN to log into the system he did not have even though it has the same picture as his sales picture on screen. Windows 10 is NOT Activated and it is just a blank box - not at all what he claimed in the listing. The fact that he refused to help means he probably stole the PC from somewhere and he does not have a clu
