However, communication was intermittent, as the package got held up by USPS at the same location for 12 days, and the package didn't arrive for 18 days. The Ebay "item not received" process appears to have helped in prompting USPS to find and finish routing the package. But even then the package only arrived 2 days before the reimbursement process would have occurred.

There were some signs of previous use, but very minimal. Item worked as described, shipping was good, etc. Have used it to cut some baseboards and shoes for a utility room revamp, and it worked perfectly. Would recommend this seller.
