The seat pan is OEM quality, the material is softer than OEM and comfortable too. As described, the hight is lower by 2-3cm, however because it is wider, it doesn't help me touch the ground better like I had hoped. So for my purposes, the seat didn't accomplish what I needed it to. I think I can shape the foam under the seat cover and make it slightly more narrow, so I'm still happy with the purchase.
