    Items (2) did not arrive on time, then got messages saying they were on hold pending other charges, arrived in a bag that had return address, sent a message to seller, giving him the chance to do the right thing, his reply (even with 5 pictures) were for me to order some more that he would not send new ones, One arrived with the ends broken, the other arrived completely disassembled, sent pictures to prove this, then contacted Ebay and sent pictures to them as well, immediately received refund.
