    Hat came used as described but nice. packaged well. Shipping time took a lil while. I do have to say on top of having to pay any$$$ for shipping I hate that & think the seller should always take care of the fees unless they're like a beginning site & they're getting started out but especially if they're a Top Notch Seller on eBay they should definitely take care of the S&H for their clients. Especially being a used hat now that I really think of that!
