    Part was delayed and not received 23 days out from ship date. When installed was unable to program as part defective. Unable to communicate with seller effectively and when they did respond they repeatedly asked the same question only questioning error codes. Part would not work nor communicate/function as should . Part was used/reconditioned and they have refused to honor a refund - part was sold with damage internally and unable to be used in repair of vehicle.

    The part was not delayed in delivery, as the shipping time from China was within the normal timeframe. We have been actively communicating with you and requested error codes to help resolve the issue, but you refused to provide even a single photo, which hindered effective communication. Even if there were quality issues, we could have sent you a replacement part. However, we cannot accept a return and refund at this point, as it has exceeded our return policy period.
