The picture description for assembly was a little sketchy and I advise a level to gauge the placement of the motor mount on the ring to keep the skewer mostly level. This ring needed the screws in the third slots. Our original weber motor doesn't fit this motor mount so we're glad this came as a kit. Like the four prongs think it will provide a more secure hold on the meat. Good buy overall.
