The item was clearly “Jerry rigged” prior to being sold, rather poorly at that. I had to dismantle it, realign/reassemble it. It could have been packaged better. It was not received as shown. Had item been properly re assembled prior to sale, this could have been avoided. The condition I received it in did not warrant the overall cost. Grade? C-plus.
