But the seller used an unfamiliar tracking system, Aquiline which I have never seen before. Aquiline is not transparent about the progress of the delivery (package left unnamed carrier facility, package transferred to another unnamed carrier). This item was being sent to a family member which makes clear tracking important. All of my other eBay purchases are shipped with familiar carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
