However, on this particular one, the USB connection was dead on arrival and I spent time to verify that fact. I contacted the seller about this problem. To date the seller has not bothered to contact me. This was meant to be a gift for a relative. I'm highly disappointed by the seller. It would have been so easy just to replace the unit with a good working one and I would have been a happy camper.
