The front cover and title page are detached from the rest of the book - The rest of the book (pages, spinal covering and back cover) remains bound together, and no other pages appear to be loose or missing. There is some water damage discoloration to the first approximately 30 pages of the book on the top right corner of each page. Some light surface wear/scuffing around the edges of the covers, mainly on the corners where the paper covering is beginning to lightly chip. Some small tears, surface/edge chipping and dry rot on the leather spinal covering, mainly along the top and bottom edges. General wear around the edges from age and handling. Some scratches, surface scuffs and small discoloration spots on the covers. Some crimps & bends on the pages. Some margin tears on the pages. Pages are stiff from age. A name is written inside of the front cover in pencil. Heavy discoloration/browning/foxing spots on the pages”
