When I contacted them they insisted it was new. There is old lipstick around the thread at the top from the doe applicator being fully removed & reinserted from use, so it’s obviously been used. Instead of apologizing they attempted to shift the blame to me & accused me of being “violent” in my response after I expressed they needed to not attempt to resell here.
