      I did not receive this item but I believe the seller still deserves a positive rating. Sellers are NOT responsible for shipping accidents therefore it would make it unfair to blame them for a shipping mistake. The item I ordered got lost in transit. It didn't update for 2 weeks. I bought the same product elsewhere and I was issued the refund in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. I hope to try again sometime and I hope to have better luck to have the full experience here :)
