She advertised a suit with a jacket size 58" and trousers size 58". The trousers are 50". Because she hand measured the inside seam of the trousers and stated it was 27" - she certainly measured the waist (the waist is obviously much smaller than 58") Knowing that men who buy large men size suits need large waist trousers - she could not easily sell a suit with a 58" jacket 50" trousers.
