A couple of problems to note: An AC Adapter was sent but was not the right one for this laptop. Too large a plug for the Dell. I had to go buy a Universal adapter to start charging for setup. Also, the charge port on the laptop is loose. I had to shim up the plug to get it to start charging. Could easily have been overlooked by Seller. Overall happy though.
