The item was not new and the cushion part of the ear piece was peeling off so easily you could run your fingers over it and be left with black pieces on your fingers. Also, the inside was dirty with like white residue. Lastly, the left side of the headphones was broken, they weren’t able to stay adjusted like the right side without slipping to the long length. The seller did make things right by issuing a full refund which was much appreciated.
