Ad states look at pic, but pic did not look like the bills when they arrived. Seller is known for this based on other buyer feedback. Pic shows light, uncracked bills which would grade 1.5 to 2 grades higher (VF to ChVF) but bills I received were a F10 or even Good IMHO. Bills are much darker & cracked. Should have bought these R & S bills from a numismatist rather than an Estate Company. Very high shipping costs!
