The fan is extremely stiff and stutter spins when it does spin. I either get a new fan or pitch the card. Right now, is not a good time to buy GPU fans. With the seller testing the card, I would think the fan issue would have been caught and disclosed. For what I got and the cost to repair, not a good deal, but that is Ebay for you :)
