This could only be fixed after changing settings in bios. Might have been a one time thing. Never bought anything else from this company but I have to give only 1 star for This experience. Shipping time was great though and the laptop was visually in excellent condition. But I almost ended up having to return it.

The value of the product is the main selling point of the laptop I paid just under $500. The fingerprint sensor is pretty bad but I'm used to typing in my password so it's fine for me. I dislike the windows copilot features they shove down your throat but that's more or less Microsoft rather than the product itself.

The appearance is great, the laptop is sleek, and performs superb on all of my task so far. The display is amazing. Overall great value. The laptop arrived without the pen that was promised, and the seller sent it without any notice, so communication could be better.

I am glad I decided to purchase this even this long after release, when initially I just couldn't afford it. I love starfield and the aesthetic of the collectors edition items is one of the best. The controller is brand new as stated, and because its an xbox controller, the layout and premium feel is all here. It even has rubber grips! Thank you!
