    I specifically asked for a BLUE piggy bank and received a yellow one. The seller asked for proof the message had been sent to them requesting BLUE and they ignored the request. I sent the message of me asking them to make this right as my child is very disappointed and this is the 3RD time I have ordered and they still can't get the color correct. I received a GREEN one then YELLOW and now I have another YELLOW one. DONT BUY. They are RUDE. I am calling the better Better Business Bureau for my $

    This feedback is misleading and false. Buyer claimed to have ordered “3 times,” but actually only placed 2 orders. Our listing clearly states “Assorted Colors – Random based on availability.” The buyer ignored this both times and demanded a specific color after the item was already shipped. No proof or follow-up message was ever sent to “make it right,” as claimed. Calling us “rude” and threatening with the BBB over a random color choice is unfair and completely dishonest.

    Buyer received the wrong item by mistake and we responded to every message also apologize for the mistake in sending the wrong item. A free return label was provided, and a full refund was issued immediately after the item was returned. The claim about no response or bad communication is completely false.
