The packaging was christmas wrap and a sleeve of cardboard on the screen which is not sufficient for a monitor and it did arrive damaged with the frame out of place and the corner cracked. We were able to get the screen frame clicked back into place and it did turn on so we will be keeping it but more protective packaging could have prevented this.
