He said yes. I said please be certain it will come to me tomorrow. Instead of taking it to the UPS facility he took it to a UPS store. I didn't get the product for 3 days. That was extremely frustrating. I pursued the issue with UPS and they said the shipper signed a statement saying that it would not be delivered the next day but after the weekend.Reply from: gc_marketplace- Feedback replied by seller gc_marketplace.- Feedback replied by seller gc_marketplace.We truly apologize for that. UPS closed down their "in house" drop off locations in NC when their new CEO took over. Dropping off at the actual UPS facilities is no longer an option. We only have UPS stores and access locations available for over a year now. It has certainly been detrimental for our next day air options. To be honest, whatever fine print statement about delivery after the weekend was not seen, I'm sure they bury it deep into the statement. Hope the wedding went well!
