The PC has minor scratches but that's expected for a mini PC from 2017, still it is on better conditions I expected, all the ports work fine HDMI and display port (USB c) also work fine, Inside there was no SSD as advertised by the seller, I just installed a SSD and it cranked up right away with no issues nor password for bios. I would say the value you pay for this product is perfect.
