When I asked seller why, his response included he did to save money as he had accepted an offer for a lower price. So by accepting a lower price, did not box item properly to protect via USPS. I folded the scarf, wrapped w/ warehouse cling wrap (to prevent rain/weather/tears, and then placed the item into a poly mailer. The buyer did not want to return the item, I offered. The buyer claims my shipping method “Warped” a scarf, and it definitely could have gotten wrinkled that’s fair. They were rude, and nothing I could say appeased them and they just wanted to be ugly.
