Untrustworthy, scrupulous, underhanded, underminded,, no matter what his response to this feedback is. Seller accepted my offer. Then decided he wanted to take the Watches to a authorized Watch Repair. Seller states to me that the Watches according to the Watch Repair cannot be fixed. I requested an offer from him regardless. He decided to block me from sharing feedback during the time that he re-listed the watches to get a higher price.
