This excellent computer, properly tested and worked as designed, didn't become "a piece of junk" until I turned down his partial refund request of $150. He claimed the Volume Control wasn't working. When I called him to troubleshoot, all of a sudden, it magically started working. Also, he connected this PC to the Hotspot on his cellphone for GAMING and complained about speed. What he actually needed was a paid ISP to surf the internet / COMPUTER GAMING
