Item description from the seller
Seller feedback (134)
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe encoder was installed correctly but did not give a consistent signal to the counter using output A. The signal stops and started even though the coupling on the encoder kept rotating. This caused major problems with operation. We changed to output B and it appears to have worked much better. The sad reality is that these encoders are no where near the quality of the Japanese Omron encoders. Incidentally we swapped out the Omron counter with another unit and the problem reoccurred.
